History

My name is Houcine Abaragh, and I began my culinary in the kitchens of Morocco, driven by a deep love for flavors and hospitality. Over the past 12 years, I’ve honed my craft in some of the most prestigious kitchens across the world — from Zuma to SUSHISAMBA, and the Four Seasons. Each place refined my skills, sharpened my creativity, and shaped the chef I am today. In 2024, I decided to step away from the restaurant scene to follow a more personal path — one that allowed me to connect directly with people through food. That vision became Maison Cullinan.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of serving private clients, celebrities, and
elite travelers in Dubai and beyond. From luxury villas and yachts to
intimate dinners and private jet catering, Maison Cullinan brings the
essence of fine dining into every space we enter.
